Does Send It only pick up returns?No! Send It ships anything less than 50lbs. So weather you want to return a pair of shoes you ordered online or want to ship a christmas present to your aunt, we've got you covered.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can return?You can return up to 3 return labels at a time. So if you have 10 pieces of clothing that needs to be returned to the same location and is under the same return label we will return them for you. However, if you have 10 items with 4 different return labels we will only be able to pick up minimum 3 and max 5 (depending on what plan you have) If it is pay as you go 3 is the min & if its Send It or Full Send 5 labels is the max

Is there a size limit on returns?We limit the items we pick up to things that are less than 50lbs and can fit in the trunk of an SUV.

What if I already have a physical return label?Simply indicate that on our request form and place the label in the corresponding box - we’ll take care of the rest

Does your service process my refund?No. Send It is the first mile logistics of the return process. We pick up, repackage and ship your items back to the retailer. Your refund will be processed by the online retailer you purchased from. Contact them directly with any questions.

What if I lost my return label?If you lost your original return label, you can contact the retailer directly to request another one.

Do I need to box or bag my returns.No, we will box or bag up your items if needed & will charge you the cost of box/bag.

Do you accept returns from Amazon?We accept returns from all online retailers and ship with all carriers including Amazon, UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.

How do I get my return label?The easiest way to get your return label is to go to the retailer’s website that you purchased from and follow the instructions in the ‘returns’ section. Some retailers will put one in the box for you!

How do I find out what time my pickup will be?You will receive a text from us at 10 AM on the morning of your scheduled pickup with an estimated time frame.

How do I reschedule the date of my pickup?Text "RESCHEDULE" to (619) 320-5528 at least 24 hours prior to rescheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fee. Or you can email us at info@senditpackages.com

How do I add or remove a package from my pickup?Text "ADD" or "REMOVE" to (619) 320-5528 and follow the prompts. Or you can call us at (619) 320-5528 and our team will assist you.

How do I cancel my pickup?Text "CANCELATION" to (610) 320-5528 and follow the prompts. Or you can email us at info@senditpackages.com. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your pick up day to avoid being charged $5 cancellation fee.

How do I ensure that the driver knows which package to pick up?Our drivers will look for packages that match the package description you put on the form on our website. When you schedule a pick up you will be asked to describe your items you want picked up and you will be given the opportunity to upload a photo. If you want to be extra safe, you can either select the "hand-off" option and/or mark your packages.

How long will my package be outside?You will receive a text on the morning of your scheduled pickup with an estimated arrival time (30 minute window). If you place your package outside at the beginning of the window, it should only be outside for 30 minutes max.

How do I know that my package got picked up safely?You will receive a confirmation text message immediately after your deliverer picks up your package. We will call you if we have any issues retrieving the package.

What if I’m not comfortable leaving my package outside?No worries! We have a direct handoff option if you do not feel comfortable leaving your package outside your door.

How do I know when my package gets returned to the online retailer?Typically, the company you bought the items from will notify you when the items have been successfully returned. Refer to the company’s return policy for more information. However, you will recieve a text notification from the shipping carrier updating you tracking notifications.

Do I need to print my return label?No. If you received a digital label from the retailer, simply upload it during your pickup request and we’ll print it for you!
