OUR MISSION IS TO MAKE RETURNS AS EASY AS ONLINE SHOPPING
Send It was created as a conceptual idea from the frustration behind difficulty of returning items. Amazon and other large carriers have made it so easy for us to purchase items online but those purchases that aren't what we expected or are unwanted are often forgotten about or we just don't have the time to return them. Send It aims to take that effort & time of returning unwanted items out of the equation. Many won't purchase online because of the hassle of returning items. We hope that our clients won't face hesitation next time they are purchasing online. After looking at different concierge options and trying to find solutions that already existed in the marketplace, we discovered that those options were either too expensive or were limited to areas outside of where we lived. That is when we decided to create Send It.
We wanted to create a simple, fast and easy solution for consumer's needs for returning online purchases. Our goal is to alleviate the hassle of returns and make your online shopping experience more enjoyable without the worry of having to return your items.
